On Friday 20th of April we will travel across the sounds of Cuban music with the Sorah Rionda Trio!

Sorah Rionda is heir to Cuban melodies, woven by the voice and guitar of her great-grandmother, she is a transmitter of her uncle's songs, Graciano Gòmez, and of ancestral cultures from Africa, Spain and Japan. She tells her story through folk songs and through her own compositions, enriched with some jazz and Celtic sounds.
In this occasion we will have the pleasure of seeing her accompanied by two Italian musicians, Thomas Sinigaglia and Filippo Dalla Valle.

Sorah Rionda: voice, guitar, banjo, gaita

Thomas Sinigaglia: accordion
Filippo Dalla Valle: percussions

This concert is the fourth appointment of the LocarnoFolk Events 2018 program, which proposes six events between January and May (for the full program clic here).
